Entirely private for 2 to 10 guests, Riad Awajana perfectly blends Moroccan authenticity, design and modern comfort.
Designed for relaxing, convivial stays, it offers an exclusive and intimate setting that is yours alone. The riad is enhanced by the skill of local artisans — vaults, tadelakt walls, carved woodwork and finely cut zellige celebrate the full range of Moroccan craftsmanship.
The riad has 5 elegant bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom to ensure everyone’s privacy.
The covered patio is home to a heated plunge pool, ideal for cooling off or relaxing away from prying eyes. The private, unoverlooked rooftop is the perfect spot to soak up the Marrakech sun, complete with a heated jacuzzi to extend moments of wellbeing into the evening.

Services and amenities at the riad
Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is included; our staff will discreetly look after the riad. Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included.
Air conditioning
All bedrooms are air-conditioned or heated for extra comfort, and the riad’s patio is covered by a glass roof so it can be enjoyed all year round.
Heated pool
The pool is open all year round and heated from November to April
Free Wi-Fi
Free fibre Wi-Fi throughout the riad.
Transfers and drivers
We can arrange your transfer to and from the airport. Our team can also book private transfers or excursions for you during your stay.
Concierge
You will receive a guide to our favourite places in the city before you arrive. Our team will be delighted to help organise your stay to make it as enjoyable as possible.
Meals
On request, our team can prepare a delicious Moroccan lunch or dinner at the riad, served on the terrace or in the patio, at 25 euros per person for the menu, drinks included.
